Fiber laser cutting systems reach G-level acceleration

Haco Atlantic North America has introduced the FL 3015 LU and FL 4015 LU fiber laser cutting systems. The carbon cutting head assembly offers rigidity combined with high dynamics, and the company’s “parallel kinematics technology” has allowed accelerations to reach G-levels.

The automatic loading station contains a gripper that exists out of a vertically moving frame, equipped with suction cups, a separator unit, double-sheet detector, and separation airblow. When combined with the automatic unloading system, it allows unattended production.

Three CNC retractable clamps keep the sheet stable. The cutting head is liquid-cooled.
