Laser bundles with CNC introduced

Fanuc FA America has introduced the Laser C series laser bundles for laser cutting. The laser bundles are complete, fully integrated laser systems that include a laser source, CNC of the laser, amplifiers, and servomotors. Five models are available: C6000i, C5000i, C4000i, C2000i, and C1000i – Model C.

All necessary laser control and diagnostics are integrated into the CNC. Historical data for maintenance purposes is logged and can be accessed via the CNC screen. The laser source communicates with the CNC via an optical bus. No additional controller is required.

Two power-saving states are available: Eco Power Saving, in which electric power consumption is saved, and Quick Power Saving, in which laser cutting can be restarted quickly.
