The company reports that it produces distortion- and stress-free holes as small as 0.010 in. dia. with ± 0.0005-in. tolerances and exact repeatability, depending on the material, thickness, and configuration.

The firm can provide airflow testing with accuracy of 0.33 percent of reading and 0.25 percent repeatability within ± 2 standard deviations. It processes nickel alloys, INCONEL® alloy, stainless steel, 6061 aluminum, and similar materials.
