Laser nozzle controls gas flow

The FLOWMASTER™ CO 2 laser nozzle from Mate Laser Technologies controls cutting gas flow to help improve laser cut quality.

The nozzles' copper-alloy design helps resist buildup and abrasion. They are manufactured to ± 0 to 10 microns for consistent performance and uniform cutting. Internal surfaces are microfinished using a proprietary finishing process that reduces gas turbulence.

The line includes one- and two-piece copper nozzles in single and multiple shield orifice configurations. Orifice sizes are available from 0.031 in. to 0.157 in. to meet any gas flow requirement.
