Lightweight fiber laser processing head fits limited-space applications
The new FLBK40 lightweight, compact laser processing head from the Coherent division is designed for industrial laser cutting, welding, and drilling applications with limited space and minimum mass requirements.
The system includes four different focal length collimators with QB connectors to help ensure that the head can be matched to the output characteristics of almost any fiber laser. Six different sets of focusing optics (four for welding and two for cutting) enable focusing at different spot size and working distance combinations.
Integrated IR illumination and camera options help ensure good visibility of the work surface independent of the ambient light conditions.
