Lubricating grease made for use with manual, power chucks

Dillon Chucks and Jaws’ HPG500, a boundary lubricant that prevents metal-to-metal contact under high-load and slow-speed conditions, is designed for use with high-end manual chucks and power chucks.

The NLDI Grade 2 lubricating grease offers high mechanical stability, high load-carrying capacity, and high water and moisture resistance. Its water washout rating is less than 3 percent, and its formulation provides outstanding rust and corrosion resistance, even in the presence of a synthetic and oil-based coolant environment, the company states.
