Runout compensation nuts correct runout errors, misalignment

ReamTec EasyZero runout compensation nuts from Monaghan Tooling Group correct runout errors and misalignment for all round tools using ER collets. The replacement nuts feature six adjustment screws that allow for up to 0.011-in. runout to be dialed in rapidly. With concentric cutting, all cutting edges equally share the chip load to help increase tool life.

The compensation nuts are available in five sizes to fit ER16 to ER40 collets. They are suitable for use with reamers, drills, and end mills.
