Conveyor's internal track system designed for low maintenance - TheFabricator.com

EriezĀ® chip and parts conveyors provide a self-contained method for moving and elevating ferrous materials. With a completely enclosed conveyor mechanism, there are no moving external parts to jam or break. The internal track system, called Tuf-Trac, is designed for low maintenance and quiet operation.

The conveyor uses a continuous series of ceramic magnets to pick up and glide material along the stainless steel slider plate. Material then is discharged over the head end. Custom-designed units can be submerged in coolant sumps or quench tanks or may be located under punch presses or other equipment to move chips, parts, or scrap. The working face is self-cleaning.
