Eriez's heavy-duty electromagnetic vibratory feeders are suitable for high-volume, controlled feeding. They feature an intermeshed AC/permanent magnet drive and are available in nine models with capacities to 850 tons per hour.

The feeders are available with overhead drives, multiple drive arrangements, grizzly decks, and dust covers. They can be arranged for either base or suspension mounting. The electromagnetic design has no moving parts such as shafts, cams, or bearings, eliminating the need for lubrication.

The units' AC feeders can be wired to any AC line and do not require a control to operate. For precise, instantaneous feed adjustment, frequent cycling of feeder, or automated operation, solid-state controls are available. Controls come standard in NEMA 12 enclosures for dusty environments, with other enclosures available.
