Flexible conveyor system allows product transfer between different elevation patterns

Conveyor Technologies' Multi-Flex VSC conveyor system has three angle selections—30 degrees, 45 degrees, and 60 degrees—that can be assembled into eight different conveyor types to transfer product between different elevation patterns.

Discharge height can be altered with a 7.5-degree adjustable tilt discharge frame section. According to the manufacturer, the combination of quick endless belt removal and tension tracking system with rapid, accurate belt calibration results in fast assembly and reconfiguration. Frame sections permit random repositioning, and the drive and tail-pulley location can be reversed to address changing needs.

An automatic belt tracking system helps to prevent mistracking and belt damage during changes from horizontal to incline or decline. Steel transition plates 0.31 in. thick help maintain rigid alignment for stable belt control.

The system is available in both rigid-side, with up to 21.5 in. of load width, and flex-side, which comes in five widths from 2.88 in. to 19.38 in.
