In-floor pallet truck conveyor system automates delivery

SI Systems LLC offers the new Lo-Tow® pallet truck in-floor conveyor system. The operator brings a loaded pallet truck to the nearest towline station, scans the destination, and engages the towpin. The pallet truck then delivers to the correct location automatically.

By integrating multiple areas or zones within a facility with the conveyor, operators can work zones and pass pallet trucks to other zones and their operators. This eliminates all dead-heading and wasted walking time.

Picking and passing the pallet trucks automatically between zones helps reduce floor traffic, which helps improve safety and productivity of the fork truck fleet and staff. The same installed towline conveyor system can be used for pallet trucks, roller carts, and custom carriers.
