Leveling technology available for light-gauge materials

Herr-Voss Stamco has expanded its ELT™ Enhanced Leveling Technology delivery system capability to include lighter gauges for the stay-flat material requirements of the laser cutting and fabrication markets. The light-gauge delivery system accommodates materials from 0.250 to 0.060 in. thick.
The technology can be deployed as part of a new cut-to-length line, a complement to an existing cut-to-length line, or with the ability to enhance individual sheets as a stand-alone process. The process subjects the material to severe, uniform bending through its entire length and width to yield a consistent product.
