Manual palletizer raises, lowers loads automatically

Presto Lifts offers the P3 Spring level loader for pallet loading and unloading. A system of heavy-duty springs automatically lowers or raises a pallet as weight is added or removed, keeping the top layer of boxes in an easy-to-access position.

The operator remains in the same position throughout the loading and unloading process, using a turntable ring on top of the unit to rotate the load. All components fit within the diameter of the turntable ring, so the operator can stand close to the unit at any position around the ring. The compact base design allows unobstructed access to loads.

Accommodating loads from 400 to 4,500 lbs., the unit requires no power and is nearly maintenance-free. Options include disc covers, solid tops, bellows guards, casters, and special finishes.
