Modular belt conveyor fits in tight spaces
Dorner’s newly redesigned 2200 series modular belt conveyor features additional belt options, an open-frame design, and a universal T-slot. It is suitable for applications within the metalworking, packaging, assembling, and general manufacturing industries.
The ladder-style, open-frame design replaces traditional perforated bedplates, allowing better airflow through the frame. With its narrow profile, the conveyor can be positioned under machinery and in other tight spaces. The universal T-slot is compatible with industry-standard hardware and simplifies the attachment of accessories and guiding.
The optional, high-speed nose bar transfer option allows for transfers of small parts at speeds up to 175 FPM. It also comes with two styles of plastic chain belting: micropitch, general-purpose modular belt or a metalworking modular belt. The latter is available with 1- or 2-in. cleats.
