Permanent rare-earth lift magnet uses no electricity, air

Industrial Magnetics Inc. offers the remote-operated DynamicLift™permanent rare-earth lift magnet. Featuring Magswitch® technology, the magnet can be turned on or off using a remote control, without the need of air or electricity.

Electrical cords and air hoses are eliminated, allowing a variety of lifting possibilities when operator proximity is limited because of safety or hard-to-reach applications.

The magnet will stay on, even if power is lost. A load sensor and a three-button power-off sequence prevent accidental release while under load. Indicator lights show magnet operational state and battery strength.

Two 12-V, rechargeable lithium-ion batteries and a charger are included. The magnet conforms to ASME B30.20 standards.
