ITW Muller has introduced its GW-4100 robotic pallet wrapper. Reaching speeds of 37 loads/hr., its standard telescoping mast accommodates load heights up to 93 in. The built-in film cutter cuts film at completion of wrap cycles and helps minimize the risk of operator injury.
Designed for use with the company's oriented film, the wrapper features independent top and bottom wrap pattern selection from 1 to 20 wraps. Film tension can be adjusted electronically from the control panel.
With a height-adjustable mast, the machine can move around a warehouse. It can perform 300 loads/charge, comes preset with 99 wrap cycles, and can be programmed with an unlimited number of options. Safety features include an emergency-stop button, safety contact edge, and low voltage to reduce shock hazard.
