Self-propelled powered cranes handle awkward, heavy workpieces

AutoWild has introduced two series of self-propelled powered cranes.

The SC series floor crane offers 6,000-lb. capacity at 13 ft. above grade with a battery electric power/hydraulic system. All functions are speed-controlled for picking and placing in tight spots. Features include automatic parking brakes and a flashing beacon.

The SCAT series all-terrain crane lifts 2,200 lbs. to 22 ft. above grade with a choice of diesel engine or battery electric power. Features include hydraulic all-wheel drive, weather-protected covers, and a flashing beacon.

On both models, power functions include boom lift, lower, extend, retract, and load compensation extension/retraction. All functions are push button-controlled on a wearable pendant for single-person operation. Standard electronic/hydraulic control systems provide precise operation for lifting or lowering awkward, heavy workpieces into tight, restricted areas during assembly operations.
