Z-frame conveyor fits under machinery

Dorner has introduced the 2200 LPZ conveyor, which features an extremely low profile to fit under machinery or in tight spots. The Z-frame conveyor’s narrow profile makes it suitable for part removal and product handling in metalworking, general manufacturing, and automation applications.

The conveyor’s pivot points—it is available with one or two—allow it to be configured in Z-frame, horizontal-to-incline, and nose-over positions. It features a single-piece frame design, V-guided belts, hard anodized frame coating, universal T-slots, adjustable guiding, cleated and flat belt options, and optional 5/8-in. high-speed nose bar transfer tail with speeds up to 200 FPM.

The conveyor handles loads up to 80 lbs. and reaches belt speeds to 250 FPM. Belts are 1.75 to 24 in. wide, and conveyor lengths are 24 in. to 18 ft.
