Mobile separation plants recover ferrous, nonferrous materials

Steinert US has unveiled a series of four mobile processing plants that allow for precise recovery anywhere a power source and fairly level ground can be found. Enabling downstream material processing almost anywhere, the units can be combined with an AEI bivi-TEC mobile screen for a complete mobile processing plant.

The CoarseMaster model is suitable for material from 0.5 to 5 in. and offers a combination of ferrous and nonferrous recovery. The full-scale production unit features a single-stage ferrous preseparator with a small footprint and simplified maintenance access.

The FinesMaster is designed for metal separation of fines material from 0.125 to 2 in. It features a dual-stage ferrous preseparator, built-in loading station, and wide tuning flexibility based on material to be processed.

The ISS induction system is an all-metal sorter offered in several configurations to suit multiple applications. Features include a built-in compressed-air filter and drying system, an optional on-board compressed-air supply, and all-weather operation.

The NES mobile eddy current system provides nonferrous recovery for material between 0.125 and 10 in. It features an onboard utility compressor and requires no special transport permits.
