Tube fabricating tool package suitable for installing CPI™, A-LOK® fittings

Parker Hannifin Corp. offers a package of heavy-duty, hand-operated tube fabrication tools for small-bore tube assembly. The tools can be used to install both CPI™ and A-LOK® tube fittings in various system applications.
The package includes several tools:
*Heavy-duty PTB tube benders have an indexing handle for 0.25-, 0.375-, and 0.5-in. tubing sizes. The benders make tight-radius bends of up to 180 degrees on soft copper, aluminum, brass, steel, and stainless steel tubing. The handle has calibration markings for making left-hand, right-hand, and offset bends. A patented, quick-action trigger release repositions the tool midway through a bend when the handles meet.
*The PTC tube cutter is designed for 0.125- to 1.125-in. stainless steel, steel, soft copper, and aluminum tubing. It has a lower-profile swing radius of 4.25 in.; rollers designed with a flare cutoff groove to reduce tube loss when the damaged flare is removed; a lightweight die-cast solid aluminum body; and an enclosed, hardened-steel, thrust-bearing feed mechanism.
*The deburring tool handles 0.1875- to 1.5-in. OD tubing. A quick twist will deburr either the OD or the ID of the tube end. Featuring a die-cast body, the deburrer can be used on annealed steel, stainless steel, copper, or aluminum.
*The sawing vice has an integral hacksaw guide that accommodates tube, pipe, and hose from 0.1875- to 2-in. OD. It produces square cutoffs within ±1 degree.
*The inspection gauge is available in three sizes: 0.25, 0.375, and 0.5 in. (4, 6, and 8). This compact C-ring gap gauge is for imperial and metric sizes. It checks the gap dimensions for correct initial makeup.
