Safety mat customizable for irregular angles, contours, notches, or wiring locations

The NSD pressure-sensitive safety mat from Pinnacle Systems Inc. can be customized for irregular angles, contours, notches, or wiring locations. The maximum size of a single mat is 72 in. wide by 144 in. long.

The safety mat system combines features to surpass domestic and international safety standards, including OSHA, ANSI, UL, and CSA, as well as EN1760-1, EN954-1, and EN60204-1 for CE acceptance.

Two controllers are offered with the system: the stand-alone NEMA 12 metal box controller with systems diagnostics and the DIN-rail controller with system diagnostics. The latter also has a separate remote status display panel that can be mounted externally on a control panel door.
