Consumable kit simplifies plasma cutting

Hypertherm offers a consumable kit designed to simplify and optimize plasma cutting for owners of Powermax1000®, 1250, and 1650.

Consumables for all types of cutting possible with a Powermax are included in the new kit. It has shielded consumables for everyday drag cutting in which the operator follows a line or template; unshielded consumables for cutting in tight places, or for better arc visibility; gouging consumables for tough metal removal jobs; and FineCut consumables for more precise cuts on thinner plate.

Available from the company's authorized distributors, the kit includes a reference guide that explains how to achieve optimal cut quality and consumable life when cutting with a hand-held torch.
