Flap discs designed for right-angle air tools

The BobCat™ abrasive flap disc from Weiler Corp. works with a right-angle air die grinder to deburr, grind, and blend. It is designed as an alternative to small-diameter coated blending discs for weld blending and finishing purposes. The 2- and 3-in. flap discs also are suitable for detail work and hard-to-reach areas.
The discs are available in zirconium grain in angled and flat configurations with grit sizes from 36Z to 120Z. Angled discs are designed for maximum aggression at angles from 15 to 25 degrees. Flat discs are suitable for smooth grinding and conformability, recommended for use at 0- to 15-degree angles.
