Guide assemblies feature tool-free punch length adjustment

Wilson Tool International® has introduced HPX™ guide assemblies for thick-turret tooling, combining tool-free punch adjustments with replaceable punch technology in one package.
The guide assemblies combine EXP punch tooling — which offers a standard holder with universal punches — with the company's patented HP2 punch adjustment capabilities, including tool-free punch length adjustment.
The units support ABS or non-ABS lubrication, work in all thick turret machines, and can be used for round or shaped punches, eliminating the need for multiple assemblies.
