Foot switch for variable-speed motor drives meets IP56 specs

The Linemaster Hercules potentiometer foot switch was designed for use with variable-speed motor drives and is available in select 2-W linear values. It features a cast-iron housing, and most models are offered with a cast aluminum shield in sizes designed to accommodate the standard shoe size or up to a large work boot with metatarsal guard.

The foot switches are offered in momentary (spring-return) action with up to three SPDT auxiliary snap switches. All models are NEMA Types 2, 4, and 13 and meet the requirements of IP56 specifications.

The foot switches can be used on material handling equipment, welding equipment, metalworking machines, and drill presses. Custom models are available upon request, and options can include a special dual-cover casting for twin models, private labeling, custom paint finishes, and cordsets built to the customer's specifications.
