Optional safety equipment protects machinery users

MultiCam has added safety control options to its product line. New options, such as light curtains, safety mats, and laser safety eyewear, provide extra protection to the company’s router, laser, plasma, knife, waterjet, and digital finishing machines.

The light curtains stop the cutting sequence when an object or person crosses the infrared light beams. Safety mats are fitted around a machine system to provide a safe area for operators to enter. Eyewear is suitable for operators and other personnel involved in laser operation.
