Danray Products LLC has released a copyrighted warning sign that identifies and warns of hazards associated with improperly used safety blocks, which restrict hazardous movement of a machine or die members during adjustment, repair, or cleaning.

The sign also outlines several requirements for the blocks' safe usage in accordance with applicable OSHA, ANSI, and CSA safety standards for machine tools.

The adhesive sign, which measures 5 by 6 in., has been designed to comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and the ANSI Z535 standards for the design, application, and use of signs, colors, and symbols for accident prevention.
