Automated saw station pushes up to 2,100 lbs.

TigerStop offers the TigerSaw™ 2000 automated saw station for cutting all types of nonferrous metals. It can be configured to push 490 to 2,100 lbs., or set up for speed, with a maximum pushing speed of 180 FPM. Improved pneumatic clamping options prevent damage to fragile or sensitive materials.

The station features an air-over-oil saw stroke cylinder and a lubrication system that follows the blade to put lubrication where it is needed. Repeatable accuracy is 0.012 in. Working lengths are 4 to 108 ft. Pushing capacity is 490 lbs. without rollers and 2,100 lbs. with rollers.

The saw station can be configured with a TigerStop®, TigerTurbo™, or a HeavyDuty 2™. The adjustable cutting envelope increases the range of material profiles that can be cut.
