Automatic roller-feed cold saw suitable for high-volume, long-run applications

Scotchman® Industries Inc. offers an automatic cold saw. Available in ferrous and nonferrous models, the CPO 315 roller-feed automatic cold saw is designed to provide uninterrupted cutting on tubing, solids, and extrusions. It is suitable for high-volume and long-run applications.

The saw is available with a supply table or a full-bundle loading attachment. Either system allows the saw to automatically load, trim, cut, and sort lengths up to 120 in. and hold 0.006-in. material lengths up to 3 in. dia.

Optional equipment allows operators to program multiple lengths, feed directly into a deburring machine, or acquire form jaws suitable for handling thin-wall applications without distortion.
