Manual band saw delivers repeatable cuts

The Kalamazoo Machine Tool H350M manual band saw has a fully automatic sawing action. Once material is positioned and locked in place, the operator pushes a single button; the saw frame makes the cut at the preset rate and then automatically returns to clear the workpiece. This allows the operator to make repeatable, precise cuts, the company reports.

The saw features an infinitely variable speed control from 60 to 360 FPM, with mitering up to 45 degrees to the left and up to 60 degrees to the right. Round stock capacity is 12 in. at 90 degrees, 10 in. at 45 degrees, and 6.5 in. at 60 degrees.

Features include a 3-HP blade drive motor, a full coolant system, and full blade guarding.
