Pneumatic pipe saw cuts all types of alloys, concrete-lined pipe

A pneumatic saw and universal pipe trolley kit for cutting all types of alloys and concrete-lined pipe are available from ESCO Tool.

The APS-438 air-powered saw and WrapTrack® pipe trolley let users cut 6-in. to 60-in.-OD pipe accurately and without a HAZ. They are designed for use on stainless steels, INCONEL® alloys, and ash- and concrete-lined pipe.

Capable of cutting a 10-in. Sch. 160 pipe in less than 10 minutes, the saw features fiberglass-reinforced blades and mounts rigidly using four V-grooved steel wheels. Attaching to the pipe's circumference, the pipe trolley incorporates steel bands that correspond to the OD and permit the saw to glide smoothly around it to make cuts with &#plusmn;1/8-in. accuracy.
