Saw blades designed for tough abrasive applications

March 13, 2007

M.K. Morse Co. offers the newly engineered carbide-tipped M-FACTOR™ saw blade designed to increase productivity and blade life while reducing changeover and downtime cost.

A specially formulated submicron grade carbide tip is paired with aggressive triple chip tooth geometry for abrasive applications such as aluminum castings, composite materials, and nonferrous metals.

The new in.(13mm), in. (19mm), 1 in. (27mm), and 1-1/4 in. (34mm) carbide tipped blades are engineered with a high-performance steel backer. They accept higher speeds and heavier feed forces required in carbide tipped band applications.
