Sawing machine cuts dry without coolant

Haas Saw & Supply offers a sawing machine line that incorporates technology manufactured in Austria by MFL.

With carbide-tipped blades and heavy-duty and rigid gearbox and machine base, the HK 1200 L132 layer saw cuts four 8-in.-dia. tubes with a 0.500-in. wall thickness simultaneously in 45 seconds. The machine cuts dry, without coolant, and can be automated to provide a complete turnkey system.

The sawing machines cut tubes from 3 to 28 in. dia. in many thicknesses and steel grades.
