Spartanics offers the M250 registration shear for nameplate manufacturing. With registration accuracy of ± 0.002 in., the shear reaches production speeds of 1,200 cuts/hr.
Touchscreen controls help simplify job setup and changeovers. PLC electronics and a color camera help ensure consistency in registration accuracy, while software helps reduce scrap. Stacking of cut parts is automatic.
The shear can cut stainless steel, aluminum, PVC, and polycarbonates.
