Carts adjust height automatically

Verti-Lift has introduced Auto-Hite carts, which automatically adjust so that workpieces are at the optimal operator height. The spring-loaded, self-leveling products feature a 22- to 26-in. window of vertical travel, making them suitable for any associate or parts height requirement.

The carts contain no hydraulics, do not require electricity or air, and require minimal maintenance. They are designed for assembly line or subassembly operations for a range of industries.

Standard deck sizes are 20 in. wide with lengths from 20 to 30 in. Custom sizes also are available. Capacity is up to 1,000 lbs. The J-hook spring bracket allows springs to be added or removed in seconds. The units come standard with 5-in. casters to help increase mobility. They also can be floor-mounted for workcell applications.
