Certified paint markers designed for use on stainless steel

LA-CO Industries has introduced Markal® Certified Valve Action® paint markers. The markers have gone through extensive, independent analysis for certification to meet MIL- STD – 2041D, EDF PMUC, US DOE RDT F-7-3T (expired), and Navy C3070 specifications.

Designed for use on stainless steel, the markers also meet the following specifications: less than 200 PPM total halogens, less than 250 PPM each low-melting-point metals, less than 300 PPM total low-metal-point metals, and less than 200 PPM sulfur.

Customers can access the individual batch analysis and certification documents online at www.markal.com by referencing the batch code imprinted on every marker.

The markers deliver fast-drying, xylene-free marks for parts identification, quality control marking, layout and cut lines, and color coding. The 0.125-in.-thick nib can mark on rough surfaces, creating both fine-line and thick marks.
