Coolant recycling systems available for 2,500 to 10,000 gal.

The Eriez® HydroFlow® line of coolant recycling systems can recycle any water-miscible fluid, minimizing or eliminating disposal and reducing usage of the fluid concentrate. Large to small systems are available in four models, featuring unattended operation, separate dirty and clean tanks, an automatic proportioned mixer, and a coalescer oil-removal device.

The CRS 120SS and CRS 120ST are designed for plants operating with one coolant and total coolant sump capacity not exceeding 2,500 gal. They feature 120-gal. dirty coolant and 160-gal. clean coolant tanks — side-by-side on the 120SS and stacked on the 120ST. The coalescer on the 120SS removes tramp oil at the rate of 2 GPM. The high-speed centrifuge on the 120ST requires one pass through the system to remove tramp oils, particulate matter, and a substantial portion of the bacterial population.

The CRS 300SS is a complete, full-capability, single-product coolant recycling system for medium to large metalworking plants with recycling with up to 10,000 gal. The unit features a 300-gal. dirty coolant tank and 450-gal. clean coolant tank. It features a high-speed centrifuge like the 120ST.

The CRS 300ST is designed for plants operating with one coolant and total sump capacities not exceeding 5,000 gal. This model features stacked 300-gal. dirty coolant and 450-gal. clean coolant tanks. An optional dual product design, referred to as the CRS 200/200 ST, features two dirty and two clean tanks for facilities using two different metalworking fluids.
