Dot peen marker can be hand-held or machine-integrated

The Micro Mark compact dot peen marker from Kwik Mark Inc. is suitable for hand-held applications, as well as on-machine integration. The 3- by 5- by 6-in. head size offers a 1.0- by 2.5-in. marking field.

Additional I/O with logic streamlines connection with other machinery and allows importing data from external files. All software functions are included.

Automatic line centering centers the marking image to the part, whether single or multiple lines, graphics, or both. No measuring or operator input is required. The feature can be enabled in the X and Y axes for marking round parts such as shafts and pipes.

Operation is by trigger or push-button.
