Dot peen system makes marks that are readable after coating

April 21, 2014

Equipment Sales Co. offers the Flymarker Pro dot peen marking system. The 10-lb., battery-powered unit is equipped with a strong magnet to create deep, durable markings. According to the company, the markings are readable after a coating process as well.

The control unit is installed in the hand-held marking system’s breakproof housing. There are no cables to limit workplace location.

The marking files can be programmed via the self-explanatory software of the integrated control unit. Only basic computer knowledge is necessary for operation. It also is possible to create the marking files using the optional PC software and transferring them to the marking device using the USB interface.

The linear guides in X and Y directions give precise marking head positioning, states the manufacturer.
