Witt Gas Controls offers a gas analysis module with the new Gas Control 50 digital control unit for quality assurance for plants that mix or process gas. The unit enables users to monitor permanently the composition of the most common gas mixtures.
In addition to gas analysis, the digital controller also will be employed as a control and analysis unit in the company’s other products in the future.
The gas analysis system is suitable for applications in explosive areas, such as where hydrogen is processed. The gas analysis variant planned for these options is twofold, with the gas control unit being located outside of the danger zone.
All variants feature intuitive controls through a multicolor touchscreen, the content of which can be configured individually and multilingually. Granting access authorizations allows for multiple user levels.
An integrated circular buffer records all user inputs and measuring results, which can subsequently be processed on a computer. Initial analysis results, including trend calculations, can be called up on the device display and presented graphically.
The USB interface enables an easy transfer of stored data. The Ethernet interface enables a remote control and data access thanks to the integrated browser-based Web Vision software.
