Gas mixer can be controlled remotely

Witt Gas Controls LP offers the KM100-MEM+ gas mixing system for up to three gases. Able to be operated remotely, the device uses electronically actuated valves. The gas mixture setting and target values can be reproduced exactly, even after changes in use. Gas mixture flow begins in seconds regardless of target value, the company states.

The system can be driven via PC, PLC, or a machine control system. All parameters can be called up, set, queried, and documented. An additional touchscreen display allows the user to check the current settings or change the device parameters.

At its maximum 290-PSI inlet pressure and 145-PSI outlet pressure, the system generates a gas mixture output of up to 544 Nl/min. (air equivalent).
