Inc.'s hot air knife systems can be custom-configured with one or more hot air blowers, specialty deflectors, air nozzles, or tunnels and various control options to blow air heated up to 1,000 degrees F at pressure up to 4.5 PSI. They are suitable for drying machined metal, castings, and stamped parts.

Available for new and retrofit applications, the systems can dry metallic surfaces fully to prevent corrosion and prepare them for subsequent processes. Providing adjustable heat, they incorporate self-contained heat guns and are scalable.
