Industry-standard totes have snap-in dunnage feature

PolyFlex Products has introduced the Flex-Tote™ series of industry-standard totes. Their patented snap-in/snap-out system locks in removable custom dunnage for holding parts and components during shipping, in-process handling, and washing cycles.

When the intended task is completed, the user can repurpose the tote by removing the dunnage and replacing it with new. Inserts can be made by injection molding or thermoforming processes.

Featuring high impact and in-process compression strength, they are available in 12- by 15-in. and 15- by 24-in. standard sizes. Handles are built into the long sides, while each short side has slots for plastic inserts for holding kanban cards or identification labels.
