Lift unit simplifies gas cylinder exchange

Ziamatic Corp. (Zico) has introduced the Quic-Release horizontal cylinder lift model QR-CL-H for transporting and changing gas cylinders.

The unit lifts and lowers M through J gas cylinders to help reduce the chance of operator strain or back injury during cylinder exchange. Once secured, the cylinder can be rotated 90 degrees to facilitate loading under bench seats and other horizontally aligned compartments. A vertical model, the QR-CL, also is available.

Heavy-duty wheels allow a single cart to service multiple vehicles or workstations. The lift operates off of a 12-V rechargeable battery. A wall charger is provided.
