Manual greasing system monitored by PC

Assalub offers LubeRight, a PC-aided, RFID-based system that monitors every lubrication activity. Each greasing point is equipped with an RFID transponder, which the hand-held meter identifies. The system registers the real amount of lubricant fed to each point. The greaser also can study the history of any point.

The system, which minimizes the probability of human error, offers several new functions. The meter display shows the name of the greasing point as well as comments. The number of ungreased points also is displayed.
