Manually guided vehicle can transform to AGV

Handling Specialty Mfg. Ltd. has announced the launch of the MGV/AGV, a manually guided vehicle that can be retrofitted with a control package for transformation into an automatic guided vehicle when required.

The heavy-duty, self-propelled cart has a hydraulically powered scissor lift mounted in the center of the frame. Lifting capacity and deck size are customizable. The cart lifts, holds, turns, and transports unfinished goods safely, quickly, and ergonomically, the manufacturer states. It requires no overhead or underfloor power, towline systems, conveyor belts, or lines.
