Mobile product makes customer relationship data available from anywhere

Global Shop Solutions has released its new Mobile Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product. The product lets salespeople, customer service reps, and company executives who use the ERP system see customer data from their smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.

Customers can view sales orders, quotes, job status, and contact information remotely. They can use the application to manage their own activities, including creating events with reminders and submitting service ticket requests.

The product features sales goals tracking, which allows users to create and manage sales goals for individuals, teams, regions, or the company as a whole. As quotes and orders come in, the application also tracks performance in terms of forecast versus actual dollars.
