Nesting technology increases pressure washer pump seal life

Hotsy has added NESTechnology™ (Nested Seal Technology) to its high-pressure pumps, used in industrial-grade pressure washers.

With this technology, the pump nests the seals of the pump's high-pressure packing assembly in place. The nesting assembly includes new high- and low-pressure U-shaped seals surrounded by thicker brass pressure rings. This provides wall support and the ability to withstand higher water temperatures, leading to increased seal life.

The low-pressure U-seal has a double lip to provide for greater suction and less chance of water leakage. The nesting assembly holds up to spikes in water pressure that occur every time the pressure washer's gun is triggered.
