Parts washer offers continuous fluid movement

Graymills has introduced the PH922, which integrates a sink and holding tank for on-site cleaning of machinery tools and parts. The manual parts washer can convert from wash basin to soak tank and back as needed while providing continuous clean fluid.

With the basin drain plugged and the pump running, the result is continuous fluid movement, filtration, and heat, along with mild fluid agitation. Side outlets in the sink let the fluid circulate back into the base without risk of overflow, and the wide base design maintains a stable working environment.

Features include a 30-gal. tank and 36- by 22-in. work sink with a 9-in. soaking depth. Accessories include a work light and wheeled cart for mobility.
