Pliers instantly adjust to hold large or small workpieces

Strong Hand Tools® has introduced the new Strong Grip® Big Mouth pliers. The pliers have a four-position adjustment so the user can adjust the jaws for holding capacities from ¼ to 3 in. The patented crank handle opens and closes the plier jaws quickly. The crank handle also can be used to increase torque, even with the pliers locked in position.

The pliers hold round, square, and flat workpieces. The serrated teeth and long jaw provide a strong grip on large parts with a three-point bite. The V-notch in the top jaw holds pins or small pipes. Even at the largest opening, the pliers have a minimal handle spread, so the user can grip the pliers with one hand.

Grip marks on the top and bottom plier handles provide positive gripping power. The secure adjustment bar minimizes bar pop-outs. The smooth-release trigger allows the user to unlock the pliers with one hand without pinching fingers.
